Choose Your IllumiNation™ Program Now in Three Easy Steps!

1. Know the Desired Outcomes you want your audience to experience.
2. Define an ample time slot to allow us to introduce and unpack the program for those outcomes.
3. Pick a single program or combine multiple programs that fit the allotted time and desired outcomes.

Step #1: Outcomes

The outcomes you want your audience to experience should, whenever possible, determine the length of time to allocate to a subject expert. With IllumiNation, our subject experts will deliver outcomes. Only the constraints of time will determine how far we can or cannot “drill down” into the depth of the topic at your event. Therefore, your assessment of your audience’s needs should occur before final decision is made by the event planners about the available time slot.

Step 2: Length of Program

Deciding how much time to allocate for a subject expert to present is a very important decision! A presenter needs time to introduce a topic and “unpack it” for the audience’s benefit. Therefore, IllumiNation’s unilateral services (where our role is not co-mingled within the roles of other presenters) require specific time increments so the program is delivered competently at a level that meets or exceeds your expectations:

• Motivational awareness speeches: 1 hour
• Educational awareness program: 2 or 3 hours
• Seminars and training: half-day (4 hours) and full-day sessions ( 5, 6, 7, or 8 hours)

In circumstances where clear, desired outcomes drive the need for increments other then even hours, IllumiNation’s program will consider adjusting programs in our desire to provide the best service possible for our clients. In these cases, our standard, incremental fees will also be adjusted in a corresponding manner. Requests for special appearances or a podium speech under one hour in length are always considered but the hourly rate will not be adjusted downward (and where travel is required, may be adjusted upward).

Step #3: “Package” Your IllumiNation Program!

You can mix and match any program from this IllumiNation menu using our program increments to fit your event’s available time slot. Each of our programs can be considered a “module.” Combine topical modules to form a longer, seamless program that covers more subject matter for your audience.

For example, if you have three hours to do great things for your audience, IllumiNation can deliver:

• Option a: Three separate, 1-hour programs, or;
• Option b: One 2-hour program plus one 1-hour program, or;
• Option c: One 3-hour program.

Our clients often like a one hour motivational program up front, followed by an in-depth, two hour program to deliver the “meat” of the subject with substantive takeaways, experiential exercises, hand-outs, and interactive discussion.
